🗣️ How to flex your communication style – We all communicate differently. Some of us talk big picture, others talk fine detail Some are emotional and expressive, other are more reserved. Understanding how you like to communicate and how other like to communicate allows you to flex your style to match theirs
🗣️ A simple communication model – The Colours Communication model will allow you to understand your preferred communication style? Are you, red, yellow, green or blue? More importantly you will complete your own colours communication questionnaire that will allow you to understand this in detail
🗣️ Understanding barriers to communication – What really gets is the way of communication? You could be delivering great news, but if it's delivered in the wrong way, it will fall on deaf ears!
🗣️ Understanding how to listen with intent – When are we ever taught how to listen? More importantly effective listening is about more than just hearing. It's about "seeing" the full picture of words, tone and body language
